All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days for most international destinations.

The total estimated delivery time is generally 7–14 business days, including order processing.

ORDER TRACKING

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Ekspira has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Ekspira is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS
