Refund policy

At Ekspira, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://ekspira.com and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights granted under the applicable laws of the customer’s country or region of residence.

RETURN & REFUND REQUESTS

Customers may contact us within 15 days of receiving their order to report any issue regarding the product they received.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a ComfortPat™ that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • A description of the problem.
  • Clear photos whenever possible.

After reviewing your request, we may, where appropriate:

  • Issue a full or partial refund;
  • Send a replacement product;
  • Offer another reasonable solution to resolve the issue.


RETURNS

Where permitted by applicable law and when appropriate to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to issue a refund without requiring the physical return of the product.

If a physical return is required, we will provide detailed return instructions by email before the product is sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Perishable goods;
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products;
  • Products that cannot reasonably be resold due to their nature or use.

REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
